Rental Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Renter") and Air Point Booking Corp. ("Company") for the rental of vehicles and related services.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking a vehicle through our website, mobile application, or any other channel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Important: These terms contain important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you. Please read them carefully.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Driver Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from ManageBookingDesk, you must meet the following requirements:

Standard & Full-size 23 years $30/day (ages 21-24)
Premium & Luxury 25 years $40/day (ages 25-29)
SUVs & Vans 25 years $35/day (ages 21-24)

License Requirements

  • Valid driver's license issued by your country of residence
  • License must be held for at least one year
  • International renters must present a valid passport and International Driving Permit where required
  • License must be in good standing with no major violations in the past 3 years

Additional Drivers

Additional drivers must meet the same eligibility requirements and be present at the time of rental. An additional driver fee of $12 per day applies for each extra driver.

Booking & Payments

Reservation Process

When you make a reservation through ManageBookingDesk, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details. Your reservation is not guaranteed until you receive this confirmation.

Payment Terms

  • A valid credit card in the renter's name is required for all reservations
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover
  • Debit cards are accepted for payment but cannot be used for security deposits
  • All payments are processed in US dollars

Security Deposit

At the time of rental, we will place a hold on your credit card for the security deposit. The amount varies by vehicle category:

Economy Vehicles

Security Deposit $250
Refund Period 3-5 business days

Standard Vehicles

Security Deposit $350
Refund Period 3-5 business days

Premium & Luxury

Security Deposit $500
Refund Period 5-7 business days

Vehicle Use

Authorized Use

The rented vehicle may only be used for personal or business transportation on paved public roads within the United States. The following uses are strictly prohibited:

  • Off-road driving
  • Towing or pushing other vehicles
  • Transporting hazardous materials
  • Participating in races or speed contests
  • Transporting more passengers than seatbelts available
  • Use while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Use for illegal purposes

Geographic Restrictions

Vehicles may not be taken outside the continental United States without prior written authorization. Travel to Mexico is strictly prohibited. Certain areas may be restricted based on vehicle type and weather conditions.

Note: GPS tracking devices are installed in all vehicles for security and recovery purposes. By renting a vehicle, you consent to this tracking.

Vehicle Condition & Return

You must return the vehicle in the same condition as received, except for normal wear and tear. The vehicle must be returned with at least the same amount of fuel as at the time of rental to avoid refueling charges.

Fees & Charges

Additional Fees

The following fees may apply in addition to the base rental rate:

Traffic Violations & Tolls

You are responsible for all traffic violations, parking tickets, and tolls incurred during the rental period. We will charge an administrative fee of $25 for each violation processed.

Insurance & Liability

Basic Protection

All rentals include Third Party Liability coverage up to the minimum limits required by state law. This is included in your rental rate at no additional charge.

Optional Coverage

We offer the following optional coverage options:

Loss Damage Waiver (LDW)

Economy $22/day
Standard $28/day
Luxury $45/day

Reduces your financial responsibility for damage to or theft of the rental vehicle.

Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)

Driver Coverage $8/day
Passenger Coverage $4/day

Provides accidental death and medical expense coverage for occupants.

Personal Effects Coverage (PEC)

Per Person $5/day
Maximum $600

Covers personal belongings in the vehicle against theft or damage.

Important: Your personal auto insurance may cover rental vehicles. Please check with your insurance provider before declining our coverage options.

Cancellation Policy

Modification Policy

You may modify your reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time without penalty, subject to vehicle availability and rate changes.

Force Majeure

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In cases of documented emergencies (hospitalization, flight cancellations, natural disasters), we will work with you to reschedule or provide a credit for future use.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to this agreement, the parties agree to resolve the dispute as follows:

  1. Negotiation: Parties will attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation for 30 days.
  2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, parties will submit to mediation with a neutral third party.
  3. Arbitration: If mediation fails, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami, Florida.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between us individually. There is no right or authority for any dispute to be brought on a class action basis or as a private attorney general.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ManageBookingDesk's total liability for any claim arising from this agreement shall not exceed the total rental charges paid by you for the rental in question.
