Our system processes the cancellation and calculates the refund amount based on your cancellation time.

Step 3: Bank Processing

Refund is sent to your bank/payment provider. Processing time depends on your financial institution.

Step 4: Funds Available

If you fail to pick up your rental vehicle and do not cancel your reservation, the following applies:
